Orders for AHA Press products can be submitted in several ways. Orders from individuals must be prepaid or charged to a credit card (please make checks or money orders payable to AHA Services Inc.).  Billed orders must be accompanied by a purchase order number. Telephone orders will usually be shipped within 72 hours. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery.

Sales Tax
Sales tax must be paid on orders shipped to CA,CO, DC, GA, IL, KS, MA, MO, NJ, NY, OH, PA, and TX unless you provide us with a copy of your tax-exempt certificate. Two prices are listed for most items. The member price refers to AHA institutional members and their auxiliaries, AHA personal members, and AHA associate members.  The nonmember price refers to all others.  Some products may have a single price for both members and nonmembers.

Due to the nature of the product, magnetic media data, PDF files and diskette products are not returnable.
